I don’t know if this will be much help but I wanted to let you know that similar issues are occurring on mine too. I’ve had to dig out an old headset since this one practically is useless right now. Or the wiring/tuning within the headset is busted. It almost seems to me that there’s an issue or glitch with the Bluetooth connection. I’ve tried hardwiring, hard resetting and audio settings. Sometimes it’ll work fine for a while then immediately it will slip and there’s no audio at all. Sometimes I get party chat coming in with no issues but the in-game audio doesn’t work at all. I can’t speak to the WiFi interference (good info for me to check on now), but I’ve had the same issues with audio cutting out. ![]() It worked well for awhile with no issues. I got the headset the day it came out, so it’s not at all old. I’ve had what I can only assume is a similar issue with the Xbox wireless headset and series X. I've done basically everything I can think of to try and remove interference just short of getting rid of wifi completely in my house. My research shows the issue is most likely 5ghz wifi interference which is apparently quite common with headsets that use the xbox wireless protocol. I'm using the official Xbox Wireless Headset with my Series X and I am getting very frequent distortion and audio cutting out. Hello reddit I am about at my wits end here. ![]()
